The front desk guy, his name is Jonathan he was very kind, compassionate, and very polite. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient in resolving the reservation issue. The housekeeper Glorimar keeps our room clean and full of supplies

Great atmosphere (as all TRU hotels have), all facilities (pool, fitness, breakfast, “emergency” food shop, work places, and ample parking). Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel and 5 minute walk to the small town’s Down town area with the falls.

The rooms were very clean and minimalist design was great. The staff was fantastic. Very clean and simple. Staff was very helpful and kind, quick to find answers and to help.

The hotel is super clean and in a great location. I only stayed for a night, but would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

It was a good location with plenty of places to eat near by. It’s located just off the turnpike. The rooms where clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone and will stay there again when I’m in that area again.

We always enjoy the breakfast at Tru. They had a fun pancake machine here that was strangely transfixing.

It was close to lots of food options and store options. It was very clean and they came every other day to take trash and give fresh towels. They had breakfast every morning. All in all a cozy place to stay.
